讲和其它演讲的不同之处。       二，内容的竞争性:在其它的演讲中，内容尽管可以海阔天空地谈古论今，说长道短，但一般都不是来“显示”自己的长处。       三，主题的集中性:所谓主题的集中，是指所表达的意思单一，不枝不蔓，重点突出。这就是说，在表达意思时，必须突出一个重点，围绕一个中心，而不要搞多重点，多中心，不能企图在一篇演讲中解决和说明很多问题。       四，材料的实用性:实用性，是指所选材料既是符合实际的，又是对自己竞争“有利”的，也就是无论讲自己所具备的条件还是谈任职后的“构想”，都要从“自我”出发、从实际情况出发。竞聘演讲是“竞争”，但并非是比赛谁能“吹”，谁能用嘴皮子“甜”人。       五，措施的条理性:演讲者在讲措施时一定要注意条理清楚，主次分明。不要像漫坡放羊那样，讲到哪儿算哪儿，让人听了如一团乱麻。       六，语言的“准确”性:准确，一般是指要恰如其分地表情达意。但竞聘演讲中的准确除此以外还有另外两层意思：一是所谈事实和所用材料、数字都要“求真求实”，准确无误；二是要注意分寸，因为竞聘演讲的角度基本上是以“我”为核心，如掌握不好分寸，夸大其词，就会让人产生逆反心理，从而使自己的演讲失败。       快乐的分享，痛苦的承担。与别人一起分享这篇好文章！
