Late night talk show host Conan O'Brien says he is rejecting NBC's attempt to move The Tonight Show until midnight, making room for Jay Leno's return. In a statement, O'Brien says NBC has barely given him time to establish himself as host of Tonight.

Mexico authorities captured one of the country's most wanted drug traffickers, tracked him more than 6 months, with the help of U.S. anti-drug officials. Teodoro Garcia Simental is believed responsible for the deaths of at least 300 people.
