The two BMW convoys will meet at Ha'erbin, Heilongjiang province at the end of the tour. Besides driving and exploring, Shao Bin says that promoting public welfare is another main theme of the X-Tour. "In the past five years, the BMW X-Tour has donated 3,300,000 yuan to BMW Warm-Hart Fund. The money were mainly used for educational projects in underdeveloped areas of China. We also organize visits for clients to the schools and projects where the funds are spent. This year, the X-Tour will carry on its spirit of public welfare." The weather and location will be a big challenge for this year's X-Tour participants, so there will be higher demand for X-Tour member's driving skills in the selection section.
